Long Run

Started running marathons at the end of last year.
Didn't have much stamina in the beginning,
After the first session of one hour practice,
felt extremely exhausted and was breathing vigorously
like the whole body was being sucked out of air.
Slowly adjusting to the rhythm of inhales and exhales,
breathing and listening to your heart beats.
Can this recreational hobby last?
Only time will tell.


  1. I think I should have practice more on running and do more work-outs too, I have been too weak!
    Next time, we can go run together. But you have to wait for me! :P
